Wicks serves as industry-leading brand’s first female leader
Ann Arbor, MI – July 28, 2022 – DUCTZ, the leading air duct cleaning, HVAC restoration and dryer vent cleaning provider in the U.S. and Canada, recently announced Jessica Wicks as the franchise’s next Brand President.

Wicks has been a key part of DUCTZ for more than a decade during two roles at BELFOR Franchise Group (BFG), the multi-concept franchise system of BELFOR Holdings, Inc. that offers service-based franchise opportunities with eleven well-established and fast growing brands, including DUCTZ. In her new role, Wicks will manage operations and growth, promote brand awareness and integrity, provide thorough training and support to DUCTZ owners and their teams across the country, and oversee the Michigan-based Home Office Support Staff.
“I am thrilled to take the helm at DUCTZ, a brand I’ve been a part of for the most recent chapters of my career,” said Wicks. “It’s incredibly rewarding to work directly with our owners and help their businesses and teams succeed. That will be my top priority as I take on this new role.”
As DUCTZ Marketing Coordinator for nearly six years, Wicks oversaw marketing, social media, communications and more. She returned to BFG for another nearly four-year stint as DUCTZ Franchise Business Coach, the position she held most recently. In this role, she helped DUCTZ franchise owners develop skills to increase brand awareness, build sales and profits, drive operational excellence through training, and leverage marketing and communications to strengthen brand image.

As the first female president of DUCTZ, Wick’s promotion is a testament to the growing number of females involved in all aspects of franchising.
